Acceptance of these terms

By visiting, accessing, creating an account for, connecting an account to, or using OnePost, you automatically agree to these Terms and the OnePost Privacy Policy. On your first visit, OnePost may also require you to confirm your agreement by selecting a checkbox. That electronic confirmation has the same effect as accepting these policies through continued use.

Your acceptance may be saved in your browser or, if you have a OnePost account, associated with that account so you are not repeatedly asked to accept the same version. Clearing browser data, using another device, creating another account, or a material policy update may cause OnePost to request confirmation again. If you do not agree, do not access or use OnePost and do not select the acceptance checkbox.

Service and advertising

OnePost is a free, advertising-supported tool that helps creators prepare and transmit content to supported platforms. Advertisers are independent parties, and OnePost does not necessarily endorse their products, claims, or websites. Optional paid features may be introduced only with clear pricing and user approval.

Eligibility and connected accounts

You must meet the minimum legal age in your country and have authority to connect every account you use. OnePost uses official authorization systems and does not request platform passwords. You are responsible for account security, permissions, publishing choices, disclosures, and authorized activity.

Third-party platforms

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, advertising services, and other third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. OnePost is not owned, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by those platforms. Their features, rules, and APIs may change or become unavailable.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and grant OnePost limited permission to inspect, process, and transmit it only to provide requested features. You confirm that you own or have permission to publish it and that it complies with laws, intellectual-property rights, required commercial disclosures, and platform policies.

Publishing and compatibility

You must review destinations, metadata, visibility, audience settings, and disclosures before confirming publication. Compatibility checks are informational and do not guarantee acceptance. Platforms may re-encode, restrict, demonetize, remove, or reject content.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use OnePost for illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, malicious, or spam content; artificial engagement; security circumvention; unauthorized account access; or violations of third-party rules.

Analytics and recommendations

Analytics depend on authorized third-party APIs. Examples, tips, estimates, and recommendations do not guarantee views, followers, revenue, monetization, or program eligibility. Sample information will be distinguished from real account information.

Availability and warranties

OnePost may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, successful publishing, content performance, or continuing platform compatibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePost and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, revenue, account access, or failed uploads. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to 100 US dollars unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination and policy changes

You may stop using OnePost and revoke connected-platform access at any time. Access may be restricted for violations, security risks, or legal reasons. If these Terms or the Privacy Policy materially change, OnePost may require acceptance of the new version before further use. Continued use after an updated version takes effect also constitutes acceptance.

Contact and disputes

Support, privacy, and legal requests may be submitted through the contact method displayed within OnePost. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
